€5.00 Orders up to €19.99
€8.00 Orders from €20.00 to €34.99
€10.00 Orders from €35.00 €49.99
€15.00 Orders over €50.00
This is weight dependant and any orders that are over €50.00 and light in weight will be refunded excess monies not used.
Some of the bigger bulkier and heavier items are excluded from the above postage rates and priced according to An Post Rates of postage by weight - Unity Sand/Glass-wear
Outside of Ireland please email before purchase for p+p charges.
If you wish to have your parcel send by recorded delivery then there will be an extra charge for this.
Hints & Tips to help avoid delays
If you know you will not be home to accept parcel then please supply a work address or alternative delivery address; a neighbour or relatives address is fine, as long as they know to accept a parcel on your behalf.
If you miss a delivery and receive a card, please contact the Post Office/Depot without delay.
Parcels may only be held for 7 days before returning to sender. This will cause delays and you may incur a re-delivery charge.
What happens if the goods I have ordered are out of stock?
The majority of products are held in stock although we may occasionally experience short delays on supply of popular items. Occasionally, we may experience a delay or may not be able to supply an item you have ordered. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity to suggest an alternative or refund. We will not send you an alternative item unless previously agreed with you. We may dispatch part orders if we experience a lengthy delay.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days.
You are responsible for the safe storage and return of the items at your cost and risk.
For hygiene reasons we do not refund or exchange underwear. This does not affect your statutory rights. If there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to the return the items back to store for a full refund.
All items must be received back by us in their original condition as supplied with all product packaging and instructions and if so, a refund for the goods will be issued within 30 days of us receiving them.
This will exclude any items specifically ordered and excludes any perishable goods.
Kit items must be returned with sealed component bags intact.
When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office.
Please ensure you pack your returned parcel carefully.
Items damaged in the post cannot be refunded.
Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment.
Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty or not what you ordered.
Confectionery may not be returned unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be refunded/replaced; we will not be held liable for any additional loses incurred as a result of the fault.
